Anyway, when we got to Steph's house we were suprised to see Brandon's brother Anthony. Needless to say, it became a mini reunion. We don't get to see them often so it was nice to see them and hang out. :)

Spit my coke out ... Funny

Brandon and I saw "The Ugly Truth" this weekend and it was hilarious! At one point I was taking a sip of my drink and spit it out all over myself and Brandon! That was a little embarrassing.

The scene at the baseball game was definetly my favorite part. ;) If you want to get out and have a good laugh I reccommend this movie. Plus, if it helps it has a good ending!

Movies this weekend

We saw a couple movies this weekend. The deal was that Brandon would pick one and then I would pick one. I bet you can guess who picked what! Friday night, we went and saw Public Enemies starring Johnny Depp. Its' the stroy of John Dellinger and it takes place in the 1930's. It is a true story so the ending is predictable but it was still good. I definetly would recommend it, especially if you enjoy action flicks.

The Proposal was, of course, my choice! It was soooo funny. Even Brandon enjoyed it. This is about a woman Margaret Tate played by Sandra Bullock who is successful editor in NYC. Her visa expires and she blackmails her assistant Andrew Paxton, played by Ryan Reynolds, to marry her so she can stay in the country. They do not get along so that makes for a funny movie! I definetly give it two thumbs up!
Next on my list, My Sisters Keeper!

Our time with Aaron

While we were in Las Vegas we spent ALOT of time with our new nephew, Aaron. I decided to just post an array of pictures so everyone can get to know him a little better!

Look at that hair!

This picture was taken after the pediatritian appointment. Notice the band -aid on his leg where he got a shot :( but becasue he was so good he got a sucker!

He was asleep in this picture when I was trying to do this hence the face he is making.

He is asleep in the majority of these pictures! Thats pretty much all he does. Towards the end of our visit he was staying awake alot more.

I miss him already. The next time we see him he will be a whole different baby.

Home... Sweet... Home

Being in Vegas was AWESOME. It made us realize how much we truly miss everyone and everything. We got there on Thursday July 2nd and my mom and sister picked us up at the airport. We laid low that day. We were exhausted from the flight and being up so early. Brandon is not a fan of flying so he was a nervous wreck on the flight so needless to say we didn't get much rest on the flight. We spent time with my family and got to know our nephew, Aaron (I have so many pictures of the baby so I will post them later)

On day two we went to luch with Andrew and Damaris at CPK! We were so excited to be eating there since we have not had CPK in over 2 years! There is alot of food places we wanted to eat.

It was so nice to hang out with Damaris and Andrew. After lunch we got a chance to drive around and really just catch up. It was nice! We got to go over to their place later in the week and they made us home made pizza for dinner and brownies for dessert! They are good cooks. Thanks for dinner guys ;) Maybe we can have you guys over for dinner soon!
While we were at the Fashion Show we went and visited HotCats, of course! It was so weird being there. I have moments when I miss HotCats and when I was there I realized it's not HotCats that I miss, its the people and my life. Ahhh to be a carefree teenager again!

We spent alot of time with my family, which was pretty much the whole point for me. I feel like I have to take advantage of every minute when I am home because it will be months before I see them again.

My mom took some vacation time so we could all spend time together which was nice and also my sister was on maternity leave. We spent alot of time just hanging out doing nothing which was nice. When I go home to visit I like things to be as "normal" as possible. I know that now I am technically a visitor when I come over but I don't want it to be that way. I just want to spend time together and have it be like old times.
On one night we had dinner at the Green Valley Ranch Buffet with my whole family. It was awesome! I had forgotten just how much I LOVE buffets. We got 4 plates of crab legs. It was delicious! You can't find anthing like this in TN.

In-N-Out was one of our definite stops while we were there! Animal fries are my favorite.

We miss the Vegas food the most! We made sure we ate at every joint we do not have in TN. Our list incuded Del Taco, Panda Express, In-N-Out, Pollo Loco, Aloha Kitchen and of course anything my mom cooked!
We loved being HOME with everyone and we miss everyone!

The Twins and Mia

Wow how time flies! It seems like just yesterday these little guys were in diapers and now they are running, talking, and getting into trouble!

Look at those smiles! They look so innocent, right?! Don't let the smiles fool you, these kids are up to something.
Mia, Mia, Mia! This girl grew up so much! And I mean really grew up. She is 4 years old but she might as well be 10! Here she is with her Build-A-Bear she conned me into getting for her.
How can you say no to that face!

My babies grew up so fast and the saddest part... they don't want to be called babies anymore. They are Big Boys and a Big Girl!
