Another year has come and gone and we are a year older! August 31st I celebrated my 24th birthday and September 1st Brandon turned 23! Its amazing how time flies! The first brithdays we celebrated togetherwere my 18th and his 17th! I can't believe he are now almost mid 20s! Ahhh!
so ever since I moved to Tennessee I have wanted to go to Dollywood, so we decided to go for our birthdays! For those of you who arn't familiar Dollwood is Dolly Parton's amusement park in Pigeon Forge, TN. I know it sounds totally hick and country, but that is the beauty of it! :D
This is my "I am so excited to go to Dollywood" face. I know I am a dork but life would be pretty boring otherwise.
So unlike Disney, Dollywood doesn't have any people in character costumes. Everything in this park is pure country.
Because it was 90 degrees and humid it was SO HOT so there were misty fans everywhere. This picture is my attempt to be a supermodel with the wind blowing in my hair! Its alot harder than it looks! Again, DORK! LOL
So like I was saying before, Dollywood is totally southern , as you can tell by this picture!
We spent practically all day riding roller coasters! Thunderhead is the One and ONLY wooden Coaster in the US! There are only two others in the world! It was so fun and I remember seeing this Coaster on the travel channel!
On my actual birthday Brandon got me this awesome cake! Brandon and I LOVE watching all those cake shows on the food network so he got the idea to get me a cake in the shape of a glass slipper! He put so much thought into it and I loved it! It was my favorite CHOCOLATE cake!
