So as I wrote before ... I got a second interview with that job I interviewed with. It was an all day shadow like interview. At this point all I know about the job is that it involves customer retention and customer service for AT&T and that it is NOT telemarketing...which is a big selling point for me. Anyhow, I show up at the office and I get paired up with a guy named Mike who is who I will be spending the day with. GREAT! So we got in his car and start driving around. So at this point I am a little nervous because I have absolutely no idea where I am and if anything were to happen with this complete stranger I would be screwed! So we are driving around and he is telling me about the company... blah blah blah. So I thought I heard him say something about appointments with clients. Boy was I wrong!
We pull into an apartment complex.... and start going door to door! For hours! I was so angry because this is totally NOT what I had in mind! To add to it... It was really cold and raining!
So by the end of the day he asked me what I thought about it and I very politely said, "It's just not for me but thanks so much for the learning experience."

sorry to hear about the job. i wouldn't like that either. something will come along.
when i first read this i freaked out! im sorry it didnt work out. how where you dealing with this stranger? did you have pepper spray at hand or a whistle?
