So Sorry....

So I know I haven't posted anything in about 10 days! Sorry! I guess I just don't think there is exciting things going on in my life. We are still setteling into our new place. We are getting into a routine which I like. I get home everyday from work between 6 and 6:30 so once I get home we go to the gym in our apartment complex and then we come home and make dinner. It is way nice to have our routine and our own place.
Funny story: I started gonig to the gym and I met a lady there. She was working out everytime I went to work out so we got to talking. A few days later I realized she was the next door neighbor! It was kinda weird but cool! So now we are friends with the neighbor and later on this month there is a get together at the community pool so we are hoping to meet alot more people from our complex! I am all about making new friends!
Well I will post again soon (PROMISE) and hopefully some pictures too!

OUR PLACE...

Here are some pictures of our new place! We went for the browns and tans because I am little afraid of color... I am not sure what is too much but I like our stuff alot. The coffee table is a ottomon in the center to put your feet up and the ends are wood which is nice if you want to set a drink down! Eventually we are going to put up family pictures on that wall behind the couch.

Here is our entertainment center with the TV that Brandon won around Christmas. I have started to put up some pictures here and there. I think it make it feel more homey.

This is our dining area and kitchen. The table and chairs were a gift from Brandons parents so that was VERY nice of them! I like it alot. I like how it is high off the ground.

HGTV Project!

So I love watching HGTV and I finally got a project. My mother-in-law had this old desk and chairs that she got a yard sale. One weekend we sanded them down and painted them white. I have to admit it was alot of fun but it was HARD work. Not only that but it was cold the day we decided to do it so being out in the cold wasn't very fun. But at the end of it all I felt accomplished and proud! :)

Welcome Home!

Yeah we are finally moved into our apartment! We moved on Saturday and Iam happy to say I love it! I am definetly going to post pictures as soon as i get the place to looking how I want it. It worked out perfect... we were able to have all of our furniture delivered on Saturday too so the place looks great. It actually looks like a home! AWW! I am so excited to get the decorating underway! As I have been unpacking I have been finding pictures of my family and I am so happy to finally have all my pictures out. Well until next time!
